How do you say? by following these simple steps to keep you and your loved ones away from the deadly COVID-19.

1. EAT HEALTHY! 🍎🍊🥬🥦🧄

Make sure that you get all the essential vitamins you need, that means a balanced meal of fruits, vegetables, and protein!

Brocolli, Garlic, Ginger and Citrus fruits are easy to add food that can not only add flavor but also give your immune system a boost!

It will be hard to hold off on chips and chocolates when you have nothing to do at home that's why you should keep some nuts and berries ready to keep the junk food away!

2. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN 😷😵🤧

Wash your hands as often as you can, you can even pick your favorite tune to sing while washing to ensure that you get a full 20 seconds of handwashing!

It's also important to DISINFECT, make sure any items exposed from going out stay out or at the very least sprayed with alcohol or disinfectant.

3. MINIMIZE EXPOSURE 🏠

Do not head out unless it's absolutely essential, always consider if the reason you are going out is worth the risk or not.

Remember this virus last hours to a few days on clothes, keys, cans, handrails. So you never know where you may be exposed.

There are also people who are COVID-19 positive and yet show no or little symptoms, then you never know who could spread the disease.

4. PREPARE

According to Washington State officials having a pulse oximeter and thermometer is absolutely a good investment in keeping an eye on your health.

One of the main organs attacked by this pandemic is the lungs, and a great indicator of healthy lungs is the oxygen levels in your body and a pulse oximeter works by showing you these levels.

Another indicator is high temperatures and what better way to check your body temperature than with a reliable thermometer.
